Welcome to BloxWatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BloxWatch website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BloxWatch ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

BloxWatch is a parental monitoring service that allows parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's activity on the Roblox platform. Our Service provides:

• Monitoring of chat conversations and messages
• Tracking of games played and play time
• Friend list monitoring and new friend notifications
• Keyword-based alerts for concerning content
• Daily and weekly activity summaries
• Real-time presence and status tracking
• Robux balance monitoring

2. User Eligibility

To use BloxWatch, you must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of the child whose Roblox account you wish to monitor. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal authority to consent to the monitoring of your child's Roblox activity.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Roblox Token Security and Access

To monitor your child's Roblox activity, you will provide your child's Roblox security token (".ROBLOSECURITY" cookie). By providing this token, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We encrypt your child's Roblox token using AES-256-GCM encryption before storing it in our database.
• We use the token exclusively in a read-only capacity. We will never modify your child's Roblox account, make purchases, send messages, add or remove friends, or take any other action on the account.
• You are responsible for obtaining the token and understand the implications of sharing it with our Service.
• Roblox tokens may expire or be invalidated by Roblox at any time, which may temporarily interrupt monitoring.

5. Data Collection and Monitoring Consent

By using BloxWatch, you consent to the collection and processing of your child's Roblox activity data as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the legal authority to consent to this monitoring on behalf of your child.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

BloxWatch offers subscription-based access to its monitoring features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period, and you will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Billing: Payments are processed through Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Polar.sh's terms of service.
• Recurring Charges: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@bloxwatch.app for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

BloxWatch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• No Affiliation with Roblox: BloxWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
• Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and timely monitoring data, we cannot guarantee that all activity will be captured or that data will be complete. Roblox API changes, token expiration, and network issues may affect data availability.
• No Guarantee of Safety: BloxWatch is a monitoring tool, not a content filter or parental control system. We do not block, restrict, or prevent any activity on Roblox.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BloxWatch, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by BloxWatch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We will delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain your responsibility

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@bloxwatch.app or by cancelling your subscription through the billing portal.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
